We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item or a similar one of equal value — within 7 days of delivery.

To request an exchange:

1. Email us at info@apricusnaturals.com with your order number and reason for the exchange

2. Products must be unused, in original condition, and safely packaged for return

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us a photo within 3 days so we can make it right!
